
Ninja Boys Class
Ages 5 & Up
This all boys one hour tumbling & strength training class teaches the basics of tumbling, challenging the athletes to develop at their own pace while enhancing strength, flexibility, and coordination. Boys will work on mastering forward rolls, backward rolls, headstands, cartwheels, round offs, bridges, bridge kickovers, handstands, etc.
Get ready to move like a NINJA!
