Tumbling & Gymnastics

At RTGC, we offer tumbling and gymnastics for girls and boys of all ages and skill levels. In all our programs, we incorporate fun into everything we do!
What is the difference between Tumbling & Gymnastics?
Tumbling

Tumbling incorporates fundamental floor skills, such as cartwheels, round-offs, back and front handsprings, layouts, etc. Our tumbling classes work on the competition spring floor and tumbl trak (trampoline).

Gymnastics

Gymnastics incorporates fundamental floor skills, as well as beam, uneven bars, vault, etc.

Preschool Gymnastics

It is never too early to start your child in gymnastics! Not only do they start to learn the basics of the sport, they learn valuable and important skills such as listening, follow directions, and working with others. Plus, they will burn off some of that crazy energy and have fun while they’re at it!
